Carbon Neutral Blog and win a bike (hopefully!)
September 1st, 2008Allright, seanbennett.com.au is now proudly carbon neutral. My blog is hosted by Cove who offer a carbon offset option on all their hosting deals.
The offsets are purchased from CarbonNeutral.com.au who plant trees to absorb the CO² produced.
This option is quite popular with Cove customers and at the moment, Cove are giving away a few bikes as prizes for people taking up the option.
Hopefully, we’ll start to see carbon offsets become the norm with websites. Imagine if every website was carbon neutral. I don’t really know what effect it would have but, hey, every little bit counts.
