Genesis Pt. II

August 13th, 2008 · 3 Comments · Mr. Bennett

Hello, me again. I just realised that the title [Genesis] of my last post (and first post) might give the impression that I am a religious person or this was somehow inspired by the Book of Genesis.

Well, funny story there. You see, one of my favourite tv/movie series is Star Trek. One of my favourite of the movies is Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan. It truly is a classic movie.

Ok, Sean, What the hell are you talking about?

Hold on, I’ll get to it.

So, I was re-watching it the other day [I've got the 10 movies dvd box set] and my imagination was captured by the Genesis Planet. The Genesis Planet was created as the result of rapid terraforming – turning an uninhabitable planet into a vibrant and life-filled environment and so on and so on.

Anyway, the point is that this blog is the start of a new period of my life and the like the Genesis Planet, my life will transforming for the better. This blog is to document that.

The best is yet to come. and don’t worry about this blog being all about Star Trek, that’s for Memory Alpha – Star Trek wiki

@Lee goodness me, that is insane… insanely beautiful. [check it out here]

looks like a vast improvement on the packaging of my set. Mine is practically air tight and just extracting a movie to watch is a delicate operation.

no one touches those dvds but me.

cheers for the comment. (1st one ~ woohoo someone has seen it)

LOL I probably have the same set as you – I had the individual non special edition versions and started replacing them, then discovered the box set and went for that instead.
